• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Payment: A deposit may be required to secure your Umrah package. Full payment must be made before departure.

• Travel Documents: Passports, visas, and other travel documents must be valid. Al Ufuq Umrah Travel is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect documentation.

• Changes & Cancellations: Airlines, hotels, or visa authorities may change policies. We will assist, but final responsibility lies with the traveler.

• Liability: We act as a travel facilitator and are not responsible for delays, natural events, or third-party service failures beyond our control.
