Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Visa Fees: Non-refundable once submitted to the embassy.

• Air Tickets: Refunds depend on airline rules and may include cancellation charges.

• Packages: If canceled by the client, service fees and any non-refundable costs will be deducted.

• Agency Responsibility: If cancellation occurs from our side due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be processed.

• Refund Timeline: Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
