AL UFUQ TRAVEL & TOURS

No shelf of packages to choose from — just a plan, a written quote, and a trip that's handled end to end.
Name, phone, travel month, nights and hotel preference — a two-minute form, or just a WhatsApp message.
A same-day, itemised quote — nights, hotel, flights, total price. Held for about a week, no obligation to book.
Visa, tickets and hotel vouchers handled end to end. Support on WhatsApp throughout the trip, not just before it.
Most trips are planned 6–8 weeks ahead. During Ramadan or peak season, start 3–4 months out — hotels near the Haram fill up early.
The current Saudi Umrah visa is one-year, multiple-entry, with a total stay of 90 days added up across all visits in the year — not 90 days per trip. Before each new visit the visa has to be re-activated, and every visit needs its own Nusuk-approved hotel and transport booking and Umrah permit — we arrange all of this for you.
Contact us as early as possible — changes depend on the airline and hotel's policies at the time, and on how close it is to your hotel voucher and visa being issued.
Saudi rules on mahram accompaniment vary by nationality and age. Tell us who's travelling and we'll confirm exactly what's needed for your booking.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once your hotel voucher and visa are issued they become non-changeable and non-refundable — refunds otherwise follow Al Ufuq's cancellation policy, shared with you in writing before you pay.
Send your travel month and a rough plan — we’ll come back with a written quote.
